Very prompt with booking appointment which was also confirmed via text message the day prior to work being carried out. Text also contained options to reschedule if need be. Allowed an appointment time frame of 2 hours & they arrived in first 30 minutes of that time frame. Text sent to me 20 minutes prior to their arrival. Very nice, honest, professional guys & Company. They are coming back Next week for further work so will comment further then.

The technicians were pleasant but seemed rushed and left the waste filters for me to dispose of.
When I ran the system the flushed water was filty so the promised unit clean was not actioned
